Book Reviews

I hate to admit it but I am getting kind of tired of doing book reviews on my blog. I dread finishing a book because I know once I am done I have to do a review. So you may notice that future reviews are short and to the point until I am up to doing longer reviews.

LOL That's exactly why I do what I do! :) I am not into writing literary reviews (I don't even read others that are long or in depth).

My blog has really only been for keeping track of what I read and a synopsis so I can remember why I rated it as I did. It has come in very handy when friends ask for a certain type of book.

You have to do what's comfortable for you. If anything at all. I do hope you continue though. :)

Thanks for the encouragement Joy. I also tend to not read very long reviews. My reviews are far from literary, I think I just need to change my book review approach a bit. I think for the most part I keep the reviews short and to the point but sometimes I struggle when I try to describe a book. I guess I may just cut and paste the book summary from the publisher and say whether I liked it or not and why.
